Screenmasters of Sarasota, Inc. ("Screenmasters," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what our estimate request form collects, why we collect it, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how we handle cookies and analytics.
What we collect
When you submit an estimate request through this site — on this page, the Contact page, the Free Estimate page, or the homepage form — we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach. Aside from the estimate form, the only other information collected is the analytics data described in "Cookies and analytics" below — and only if you accept the consent banner; nothing else on this site collects information about you.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to prepare and follow up on your free estimate. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it or rent it to anyone.
Where it goes
We're in the process of connecting this site's estimate form to a secure delivery provider. Once that's live, submitted estimate requests will be delivered directly to Screenmasters of Sarasota's own lead inbox for our office to review and follow up on — never to a third-party marketing list or data broker. We'll update this page with the provider's name once it's in place.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit only as long as it's needed to handle your estimate request and follow up with you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to help us understand how visitors use the site and how well our advertising works. None of these tools load until you actively accept them through the consent banner shown on your first visit — you can decline, and you can change your mind at any time via the "Privacy choices" link in the footer. Until you accept, no tracking cookie is set and no browsing data is sent to Google or Meta.
Your choices
You can control cookies at any time through your browser's own settings. Submitting the estimate form is always optional — you're welcome to call us directly instead.
